葉繼春,博士,研究員,博士生導師。2012年8月以“團隊人才”加入中科院寧波材料所,現為新能源所研究員。
葉繼春博士曾在業內領先的半導體芯片公司和太陽能業內聞名的初創公司從事研究工作, 積累了在工藝開發、工藝集成、器件表征和產率提高等領域的實戰經驗。他在多種類型太陽能電池(如矽基和薄膜)的研發及產業化方麵的也有豐富的經驗。在Calisolar Inc. 工作期間,參與研發了世界上首個產業化的基於低質矽的高效率矽基太陽能電池;在Alta Devices Inc.工作期間,參與研發的基於GaAs薄膜太陽能電池不斷打破單層電池轉換效率的世界紀錄。來所後,在太陽能電池的表麵光學工程、薄膜矽基太陽能電池工藝開發、 新型低成本高效鈍化膜和背麵電池工藝開發、冶金法矽太陽能電池的理論建模、快速外延裝置開發等領域取得一些階段性成果。
